This policy applies to all purchases made online or in-store at Al Farooq Shopping Mall, and we’re committed to taking care of you every step of the way. Please note that exchanges will only be facilitated for goods purchased through our website, www.alfarooqshoppingmall.com.
To qualify for an exchange or repair, you must present proof of purchase, which may include the original receipt or any other valid document. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, with all price tags attached.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return requests, and the following conditions shall not be entertained:
- Claims of exchange/replacement of products bought on the website will not be catered to at any physical store of Al Farooq Shopping Mall in any city.
- Products purchased from Al Farooq Shopping Mall stores will not be entertained at our online store in any way (Exchange or Replacement).
- Claims will not be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged.
- Products damaged by the consumer will not be exchanged or replaced.
- Products returned without a receipt will be refused.
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame will not be entertained.
- Consumable items that have been used cannot be exchanged.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers cannot be exchanged.
- Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories cannot be exchanged.
- Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement & exchange unless you have received damaged goods.
- Custom-made or altered items, as well as any personalized products, will not be exchanged or catered.
Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy. You can return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase, except for Fresh, Ultra Fresh, and Frozen items (Terms and Conditions apply).
